Welcome to the amazing and fun world of INSECT PETS. For over 15 years, children and adults have been enjoying and successfully breeding their own insects from one of our INSECT PETS KITS.

Our insects are available as insect kits which are complete for instant set-up. Inset kits come in two sizes, the STARTER KIT and the JUMBO KIT. Another way to purchase insects is in an insect pack, which is just the insects alone, no house etc. All insects come with care sheets with information on housing, feeding, breeding and more.

PAYMENT METHODS

Paying by credit card, we accept VISA or MASTERCARD.

Paying by check or money order, make payable to AIF, send to AIF, PO Box 26. Innisfail Qld. 4860.

ORDERS

Orders are processed and shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. Shipping is by courier service, Australian Air Express and is a door to door service. Delivery can be made to a work, post office or home address. If using a home address, details of somewhere the courier can leave the parcel in case you are not at home at time of delivery. See order form, delivery section. A signature will be required for all other deliveries. We advise placing your order well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

We endeavour to deliver your insects as quick as possible. If for any reason there is a concern with your order you will be contacted immediately. Please make sure you include your email address on the order form, this way you will receive an email confirming your insects have been dispatched.

Cost of freight $25.90 (up to 5 kg)

At the AIF we are always striving to answer your mail enquiry as quickly as possible. It has been identified that there are periods during our wet season (December to March) where we are dominated by inclement weather conditions. This may mean flooding and/or loss of all communications. We apologise during this period for any delay in replying your mail and we will be in touch as soon as it is possible. We thank you for your understanding during such periods which may last from hours to days.
